Manager, Decision Support
This Manager level role in Decision Support is to perform analysis and validation of business and financial data reported across the TR IP&Science organization. This role monitors and reports on key performance metrics across the business. The role will help support recommendations to senior financial management on tactical issues as well as providing counsel and support to business units and department operations. The Manager, Decision Support is expected to provide project management expertise to design and implement key business initiatives.
- Validates that business decisions make good business sense and conducts the appropriate level of financial analysis.
- Gathers, prepares and analyzes financial data and metrics and provides recommendations and suggests alternative actions.
- Works closely with Strategy, Business Development, and Business teams to ensure consistency and commonality across the Finance function
- Applies knowledge of external economic, market, and business trends to ensure optimization of financial opportunities and outcomes.
- Challenges strategic concepts and validates the financial business cases for capital, growth, and project investments

- MBA or MBA in process plus 5-7 years progressive development and experience in applicable business roles required.
