    1. Yes, as I remind my colleagues at the corporation where I work almost daily, Project Management is a significant element in a Librarian's training, and experience. From a chatroom session I had with a member of my team, today:

me: "baaacckkk in the day.. when i was in grad school, sonny, :-) my project management class was called Systems Analysis..."

my colleague: "~wink~ i remember that!"

me: "it was a good course. i took it at the same time as 'design of database management systems' and 'the organization of knowledge in libraries' .. very intense but informative semester"

my colleague: "did the first, but not the second ~grin~"
