.. how it was that I pulled job adverts off a website like att.jobs (not a publisher, in the traditional sense, like I usually point you to...) Well- here's what I searched for:

Oh, and btw, when I go to the publishers' websites, I search for:
customer service.
Nothing too complex about it.
EXCEPT as we librarians know: searching all depends upon the context. In each case I'm searching for the relevant word that is not core to the particular company's role in it's industry. Content may not be core to AT&T, but it extremely relevant. The same is true for Customer Service, thrown against Thomson Reuters' jobs website.
